Ok, I’ll admit it, I’m not the best designer in the world, although, I have been known to crush it. So, it was very encouraging to see the new movie poster for the Steve Jobs movie, and more importantly that it looked very familiar. Familiar so that I took notice to it and realized wow, that designer was in the same headspace I was, and we both got to similar places. Then it clicked, “Hey, I do know what I’m doing”. So far all the neigh sayers out there that thought my resume design was a little too cutting edge or a little weird, look at the poster! Yes, that means I’m calling them out, such as my professors: Suzanne Dell’Orto and Terry Berkowitz. How unconventional to minimalist design is a align right rag left treatment now?
